I am writing to thank you for providing an excellent service at this year’s ICA Annual Trade Dinner event.The casino helped create our desired atmosphere, Laurel & Hardy were great fun and Lucy Styles gave a talented performance. Next year, the event will be moving to Hong Kong with the aim to increase delegate attendance by providing a more centralised location. Sorry I've not got round to thanking you at SMC Entertainment sooner. From the day we enquired about a singer until the day of the wedding everything was run efficiently and we were kept up to date with paperwork, emails etc.
Lucy was fantastic and was perfect for the type of wedding we had. I could not fault anything about her performances and professional manner. Everyone commented on how great she was and I am sure she will be receiving more enquiries for events in the future. Lucy was popular with guests of all ages and even had the children lining up with napkins for autographs :). Not only was Lucy's singing exceptional, so was her guitar playing. She dressed beautifully and was set up on time and ready for us when we arrived.

As you are well aware any kind of occasion is stressful but getting married is top of the list, from picking a group/band/dj for our wedding, SMC Entertainment helped with everything, especially with keeping the price within our budget. I found Paul Minney great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about his artists and talking to him about the type of function we were hosting helped us decide which acts to go for. Well, what can I say, except a huge thank you for helping to make our event extra special. All the artists you booked were fantastic. Opera on the Run were magnificent at St George’s – they went down a storm. Mike Powell’s voice is amazing and the guests loved him – he even managed to fill the dance floor, which is a first for this event. And, last but not least, UK Croupiers were fantastic – they kept the guests entertained and they were so professional.
I know that you had a bit of a crisis on your hands with the casino booking, but you definitely pulled it out of the bag for us at the last minute.
