I am writing to thank you for providing an excellent service at this year’s ICA Annual Trade Dinner event.The casino helped create our desired atmosphere, Laurel & Hardy were great fun and Lucy Styles gave a talented performance. Next year, the event will be moving to Hong Kong with the aim to increase delegate attendance by providing a more centralised location. However, I hope we will have a chance to work with you again in the future and I’m sure we can trust you to deliver another outstanding job then.

Sorry I've not got round to thanking you at SMC Entertainment sooner. From the day we enquired about a singer until the day of the wedding everything was run efficiently and we were kept up to date with paperwork, emails etc.
Lucy was fantastic and was perfect for the type of wedding we had. I could not fault anything about her performances and professional manner. Everyone commented on how great she was and I am sure she will be receiving more enquiries for events in the future. Lucy was popular with guests of all ages and even had the children lining up with napkins for autographs :). Not only was Lucy's singing exceptional, so was her guitar playing. She dressed beautifully and was set up on time and ready for us when we arrived.

Opera on the Run were magnificent at St George’s – they went down a storm. Mike Powell’s voice is amazing and the guests loved him – he even managed to fill the dance floor, which is a first for this event. And, last but not least, UK Croupiers were fantastic – they kept the guests entertained and they were so professional.
I know that you had a bit of a crisis on your hands with the casino booking, but you definitely pulled it out of the bag for us at the last minute. Having got married in Ibiza in June 2010 we had arranged to have an England party for all those guests who couldn't make Ibiza. However with all the planning for the Wedding we left booking a DJ for our September party in Liverpool until the last minute. We were recommended SMC by our party venue and having contacted Paul Minney, I was suitably impressed by how efficient and quickly everything was arranged. Paul told us he had some excellent DJ's on his books and we weren't disappointed with both the cost and the service given by SMC and the DJ himself. If in the near future we, or any of our family or friends require a DJ for a similar event then I would most definitely use/recommend SMC again with great confidence.
