Roy has been singing since he was 14. He fine-tuned his performing on what some say is the hardest circuit of all, The NorthWest club circuit.
Roy performed for two years as the main vocalist at Alton Towers theme park before moving onto the cruise ships. He performed onboard some of the biggest ships in the world working for companies such as P&O, Royal Caribbean and Cunard.
Following this, Roy moved to London and performed at hotels such as The Hilton Park Lane, The Grosvenor Park Lane and The Dorchester, supporting artists such as Tony Hadley and Victoria Wood and also performing for Sir Elton John at his birthday party.
Roy then moved onto the West End stage as Enjolas in Les Miserable. He then toured Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia in a production of Singalonga Abba, playing to full theatres across the world. This show then toured the UK playing on the biggest theatres in the country including the Liverpool Empire, Manchester Opera House and The Birmingham National Indoor Arena.
Roy then became part of the London cast of Mamma Mia where he was chosen to travel to Broadway and perform for six months on the Winter Garden Theatre on New York Broadway.
In 2008 Roy Performed on the Benidorm Palace playing Dean Martin in the Rat Pack and also Benny in the Benidorm Palace’s Abba show.
Roy is now back and settled in his native North West and taking bookings for hotels, golf clubs, casinos, social clubs and quality private engagements.
